Most people are searching for something
They spend much of their time trying to avoid certain feelings, situations or thoughts.

Life, as it is experienced by an individual, can often appear frightening and overwhelming. So many people have self-doubts, worrying thoughts about the past or fears of what may or may not happen in the future.

At the foundations of all searching and avoiding is the desire to feel whole, to come home and to be drenched in the ocean of love freedom peace

love freedom peace need not be sought
love freedom peace is here now.
It always was. It always will be
All teachings point to this truth

I know this truth and it is beyond words
I am this truth. This truth is me
You are this truth. This truth is you
There is no you. There is no me
I am you and you are me

I am. You are. We are. One.
